Privacy policy

This personal data policy informs you about how we process your personal data that you provide to us or that we collect. It also describes your rights and how you can enforce them. This policy is available at www.stretch.se.

Our personal data policy applies to all companies within the Stretch AB Group; Stretch AB, Stretch Stockholm AB, Stretch Public AB, Stretch Procurement AB, Stretch Customer AB, Stretch Öresund AB, Stretch Care AB, Stretch Danmark ApS, Stretch Norge AS, Stretch Addera AB, Stretch Göteborg and Stretch Evolve AB (hereinafter collectively referred to as ” Stretch ”).

Stretch complies with applicable privacy laws, and will not disclose personal information to third parties without prior consent, unless specifically stated herein.

Personal information

All companies within the Stretch AB Group are responsible for personal data for the personal data you provide to Stretch or for the personal data that Stretch may collect from someone else (so-called third party). However, your main contact is Stretch AB (which is the parent company in the group).

Stretch may process the following personal data:

  • Name (and Company name)
  • Photo
  • Home address
  • Personal number
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Purpose and legal basis for treatment

We process personal data in order to fulfill an agreement entered into between you and Stretch, or to take measures to be able to enter into such an agreement with you.

We also process your contact information to market Stretch and inform about our services and the business we conduct. The processing of your personal data for this purpose takes place partly on the basis of consent, and partly our legitimate interest in providing you with such information that we believe may be of interest to you. You always have the right to say no to marketing from us by contacting us as below.

In addition, we may collect personal data from someone else (so-called third party) for possible recruitment purposes, e.g. from Linkedin. The processing of your personal data for this purpose takes place on the basis of consent.

Stretch will further process your personal data to the extent that we are obliged to do so due to law or a decision from an authority.

Processing of children’s personal data

Stretch does not knowingly collect information about children. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your permission, please contact us at sanna.andersson@stretch.se.

Who can we share your personal information with?

Stretch hires a personal data assistant who helps us with our customer management system and who processes all personal data attributable to you as a customer or potential customer. When your personal data is shared with our personal data assistant, it is only for purposes that are compatible with those for which we process the personal data.

If necessary, personal information about you as a customer or potential customer is shared with other companies within the Stretch AB Group. Such transfer takes place on the basis of our and our customers’ legitimate interest in developing the business and improving our services as well as for our internal administrative purposes.

Stretch may also transfer information about you to third parties, such as companies that handle marketing services or IT services. Such transfer is made in agreement with you and to fulfill our obligations under agreement with you. In the event that the information is shared with companies that are independently responsible for personal data, the company’s privacy policy and personal data management apply.

Our data is stored and processed only on servers located within the EU/EEA.

Storage and treatment

Stretch will process your personal data in connection with agreements entered into during the period of the agreement, as well as for the time thereafter necessary to fulfill all obligations under the agreement between you and Stretch.

Stretch will save such information that Stretch is required by law to save, during the time stipulated by law.

Stretch will store personal data with respect to marketing and information for a period of 5 years after the last contact, unless you notify that you no longer wish to receive such information or marketing, whereby Stretch immediately deletes such personal data processed for this purpose.

Stretch will save personal data with respect to recruitment for a period of 2 years after the last contact, unless you notify that you no longer wish Stretch to save this data, whereby Stretch immediately deletes the personal data processed for this purpose.

Safety

Stretch takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or illegal processing and access, loss, destruction or damage to your personal data, in order to ensure an appropriate level of security.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • receive confirmation free of charge as to whether we process personal data about you, and if so, access them in the manner specified by law;
  • request that we correct incorrect information about you;
  • request that we delete your data, unless there are legal reasons to continue processing;
  • request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, unless there are legal reasons to continue processing;
  • request to obtain the personal data that concerns you, and that you have provided to us, in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format (portability) revoke your consent at any time. In the event of a revoked consent, we must cease future processing of the personal data we process based on consent.

You also have the right to submit a complaint about our processing to the supervisory authority, www.datainspektionen.se.

Amendment of this policy

Stretch reserves the right to change this privacy policy as needed, for example to comply with changes in laws and regulations. Such a change will be published on Stretch’s website, see www.stretch.se.
