Price adjustments for Atlassian Cloud starting October 16, 2024

What can you do?
Atlassian is increasing prices for several Cloud products, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, and more, starting on October 16, 2024.
- Annual customers: Is your renewal due within 90 days? Renew now to lock in current pricing before the increase, for up to 24 months.
- Monthly customers: Switch to annual billing and pay for 10 months instead of 12.
- On-premise customers: If you’re considering moving to Atlassian Cloud, you may qualify for a dual license. This can offer the benefits of both on-premise and Cloud solutions during the transition. We can also help with a Cloud Assessment to evaluate if a move to Atlassian Cloud is right for your business and help determine if your current solution qualifies for a dual license.
Changes for Jira Service Management (JSM):
Atlassian is also making changes to the packaging for Jira Service Management. Features like incident management and PIR are moving from the Standard plan to Premium and Enterprise. Standard users relying on these features will have a 12-month grace period to upgrade. New consumption-based pricing models are being introduced for Assets and Virtual Agent conversations in Premium and Enterprise.
