No new Server apps for Jira and Confluence via Atlassian Marketplace
Have you evaluated a Marketplace app for an Atlassian Server product that you need to purchase? Atlassian will no longer offer the possibility to make new purchases of server apps after February 15th. You can still renew your existing server apps but you can’t add new apps. Contact us to get an app quote before that opportunity closes on February 15th, 2023, PT.
After February 15th, purchases of new apps for Jira and Confluence can only be made for cloud and onPrem Atlassian Data Center products via the Atlassian Marketplace.
When will Atlassian Server product reach end of support?
Support for the Atlassian Server will reach the end of support February 15th, 2024. By then, your migration to the Atlassian Cloud or Data Center should be completed.
After February 15th, 2022, Atlassian only provides security updates for critical vulnerabilities for Server products. This means that no new functionality will be released for the Atlassian Server products. New functionality will only be released to the Atlassian Cloud and Atlassian Data Center products.
What´s Atlassian advantage plan?
Atlassian has a policy of offering “advantage” prices to existing customers if the list prices increase significantly. Atlassian’s plan for those with an “advantage” price is for them to approach the list price in steps. Therefore, the license cost will increase for server and data center customers on advantage plan over time. If you wonder if you are affected, ask us and we will help you!
Are you on advantage plan for Atlassian Data Center?
The prices for the “advantage” plan customers will increase on February 15th, 2023. We can help you get a quote for renewal or upgrading to the current price list.
